James Trotter started his work in bloodstock as assistant to Keeneland based trainer Chris Speckert. From there he moved to Fasig-Tipton Inc before spending 2 years at Cheveley Park Stud. Prior to joining Juddmonte in 2006 he had a short stint with McKeever St. Lawrence bloodstock agents.
Pat Rule has worked in the bloodstock industry since 1970, as stud secretary for both Irving Allen and Souren Vanian at Derisley Wood Stud (now part of Darley Stud Management). Pat joined Juddmonte Farms in 1987, working at their Eagle Lane Farm stallion station before moving to Banstead Manor Stud in 1998.
