Kevin started his work in bloodstock at Ballylinch Stud. He completed the Irish National Stud Course and Darley Flying Start Programme in 2006 before going back home to join Robin Bruss at Northfields Bloodstock in South Africa. During his two years at Northfields, Kevin completed a traineeship with Keeneland in their Sales Department. Kevin joined Juddmonte at the end of 2008.

Pat has worked in the bloodstock industry since 1970, as stud secretary for both Irving Allen and Souren Vanian at Derisley Wood Stud (now part of Darley Stud Management). Pat joined Juddmonte Farms in 1987, working at their Eagle Lane Farm stallion station before moving to Banstead Manor Stud in 1998.
