DANSILI FILLIES TO JOINÂ COOLMORE
O'Brien's involvement in the 100,000gns sale of
a DANSILI filly (Lot1060) late on Monday night was
cleared up yesterday when the Coolmore Stud team claimed the filly
had come under their umbrella.
During this particular transaction Amanda Skiffington, who signed
for the filly, took instructions from O'Brien and Coolmore's Paul
Shanahan, and yesterday it became clear that the Irish stud had
bought not one but two Dansilis, having bought Lot 932 for
78,000gns. Coolmore also picked up a daughter of Royal Applause
(Lot 1016), it is possible all three will be trained at
Ballydoyle.
