WINNING WEEK FOR FULL BROTHER AND SISTER TO
DANSILI
Multiple Group winner Dansili’s dam Hasili
maintained her 100% runner to winner ratio when her Danehill 3-y-o
colt Cacique made a successful winning debut at Saint-Cloud,
beating the Distant View colt Estihdaaf. Cacique is a
full/three-parts brother to multiple Group/Grade One winners Banks
Hill and Heat Haze, Intercontinental, and the aforementioned
Dansili, who has his first runners this year.
Intercontinental followed suit later on in the week with a win at
Keeneland in the Jenny Wiley St Gr3 after her winning American
debut for Bobby Frankel in a turf allowance at Santa Anita at the
end of March. Jerry Bailey said "She's a late runner so I had
to adjust her style to the course. She showed she's very versatile
today". In 2003 for Andre Fabre, she won a
Listed race and was third in 1,000 Guines, this latest result makes
her the fourth Group/Graded winner from Hasili's first four
foals.
