ZENNERMAN COMES GOOD FOR OBSERVATORY
Gr.1 Queen Elizabeth II Stakes winner Observatory, who defeated nine Group winners including Giant’s
Causeway and Medicean on that day at Ascot, sired his first winner yesterday, when his son Zennerman won a competitive maiden at Haydock Park. The Mark Brisbourne-trained youngster, who was bred by Eurostrait, comes from the illustrious family of Green Desert and Bertolini.
Juddmonte Farms homebred Observatory, who stands at Banstead Manor, also won the Gr.1 Prix d’Ispahan as well as the Gr.3 Jersey Stakes and Lennox Stakes.
