QUEST'S DARAMSAR STILL ON THE UPGRADE

His Highness the Aga Khan’s homebred Daramsar stepped up in class to win Longchamp’s Gr.2 Prix du Conseil de Paris, beating the Gr.1 Prix Saint-Alary third Alix Road (Linamix) by a neck. The winner, a son of Banstead Manor Stud stalwart RAINBOW QUEST, has already scored at Listed level this season.

The Gr.3 Prix de Conde went to the Spanish-trained runner Midnight Beauty, who just got up in the final
strides to beat Massive (Marju) from the Mick Channon yard. The winner, a E27,000 Tattersalls Ireland
September Sale purchase by MAB Agency, is a son of Celtic Swing, and had already collected three wins at San Sebastian including the valuable Criterium Internacional last time out.
